As part of our continued efforts to build awareness and grow the iBuildNew brand, we are delighted to give you an advanced look at some exciting new marketing campaigns running across the country in the coming weeks.
Throughout the month of October and then again in January 2020, we will be launching iBuildNew’s “The Smart Way to Display Homes” campaign across Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. The campaign aims to raise awareness and encourage home buyers to search and find display homes and villages, that have suitable homes of interest in an area that is accessible to them. Our objective is to drive greater numbers of prospective new home and land buyers to your display homes and new land estates.
The campaign will be led by our investment in over 20 major roadside billboards across the major capital cities and supported by a range of digital display ads and social media.

Why is this important for you?
- The campaign will drive increased traffic volumes to iBuildNew.com.au with the intention of delivering higher lead volumes for your displays and listings
- We expect the campaign will also attract new audiences to the website expanding our reach into new regions and demographics
- By continuing investment in campaigns of this nature we will be further growing the awareness levels of the iBuildNew brand and service and in turn your brand as a listed home builder or land developer
