1. Colour selection
Choosing the colours for your new home has to be one of the most exciting parts of the building process. 2. Electrical consultation

3. Soil testing
This step isn’t quite as fun as the interior design and colour selection stages but is vital all the less. Your builder will organise to have your soil test and a site survey. 4. Permits
