Our history is not exciting, but tells you a little about us. Frenken Homes employs experienced sales consultants, some with as much experience as twenty years to help clients with their needs. We're a quality builder with over 30 years of building experience. Naturally we are a member of the Housing Industry Association (HIA), and we are now into our fourth decade of membership as a registered H.I.A builder. We run an intentionally lean organizational structure so that your home doesn't get lost in paperwork and bureaucracy. It means you get to talk to people who are directly involved in building your new home.

Ethically, we undertake to build you a home to the best, most exacting standard that we can. We undertake to give you the best value for money that we can. We undertake to make the whole building process as stress free as possible.
