In 1990 Bassam ventured into the renovation space and started with bathrooms and small renovations until 1993 when Bassam attained his Limited Residential Master builders License. Since 1993 Bassam has built over 100 new homes, over 100 renovation / extensions projects and a long list of satisfied customers. 2018 was a big year as Bassam took a step back from the day to day site managing role as we restructured the business to make it a company – Nader Property Constructions Pty Ltd. Bassam and his three sons Nadder, Adnan & Martin, became equal share owners and directors of NPC and the growth of the company grew exponentially.
