A fourth generation family owned and operated residential building and land development company Empak Homes was founded in Millicent trading in 1945 as NS & EM Mitchell. From these humble beginnings of home offices, handwritten order and manual calculations the company has grown significantly and are now proud to be based in Mount Gambier whilst continuing to serve the Limestone Coast and Western Victoria
Managing Director Michael Mitchell’s design philosophies have seen EMPAK Homes design and construct some of the regions premier homes, ranging from traditional elegance to cutting edge modern style.
Perhaps EMPAK Homes greatest achievement is the Conroe Heights development, ultimately housing some 4,000 residents. Norman Mitchell reflects “ Conroe Heights is a development Mount Gambier can be proud of”.
