The Sapri 23 B offers everything of the Sapri 23 A, but with a little flair.
The ground floor opens into a separate living room and still includes a powder room, full laundry and open concept living, but the kitchen has swapped placement with the laundry and powder rooms, offering a larger pantry.
On the first floor is a large Master Bedroom with walk in robe and large ensuite, as well as three additional bedrooms, but with some adjustments the Master Bedroom now has a private balcony.
