Founded in 2004 as a one-man consultancy we have grown to an enterprise with ongoing financial and project management interests in land developments with end values totalling over $750m. In annual land sales we are now established in the top echelon of Western Australia’s best performing land developers.

Our success has been driven by an ability to identify and optimise key attributes of individual landholdings (notably naturally occurring features such as trees and vegetation, land undulations, waterways and bushland) to create residential estates that are defined by their close relationship to the natural environment. At the same time meeting the lifestyle needs and aspirations of residents.

Urban Quarter is owned and operated by senior industry professionals with career-long experience in urban development, including the delivery of some of WA’s largest masterplanned estates. Because we prefer to work with the environment rather than against it we are experts in overcoming technical challenges. We don’t believe in doing things the easy way; only the best way. That’s how we ensure that the places we create are not simply places for people to come home to, but communities they are also proud to be part of.
