Paperbark Point is a new land estate at Dora Creek, on the western shore of Lake Macquarie, set amongst native bushland and waterways. Lots start from 450m², and the estate is registering interest ahead of upcoming land releases.

Dora Creek Railway Station is within walking distance of the estate, with Newcastle CBD a 45 min train trip or 39 min drive. The M1 Pacific Motorway is a 3 min drive, giving access to Sydney CBD in around 1 hr 24 min.* Closer to home, the Lake Macquarie foreshore is a 12 min drive and Watagans National Park is 15 min away.*

Lake Macquarie's population is forecast to reach 260,000 by 2046, and a high-speed rail station is planned for Morisset.*
