Stoney Creek is a boutique estate by Nolah Property Developments at 181-193 Green Ridge Road, Jimboomba, with homes built by Urbane Homes. It has no dedicated website, so this set draws on the same developer sales brochure as last time. This time I’ve focused on angles the first set didn’t use: Nolah’s community focus (“connected living, comfort and security”), the local café, tavern and community garden, the way schooling options grow with families, the completed highway upgrade and new retail, and weekend escapes to Tamborine Mountain. None of these lines repeat wording from the first set.
