  • Knockdown rebuild: Davidson can demolish your existing home and rebuild on your land with a fully custom design.

  • Townhouse developments from $900,000:* two-dwelling projects from $900,000* for a single storey pair and $1,200,000* for a double storey pair. A planning permit is required before construction can begin.

  • Build areas: Berwick, Officer, Pakenham, Gippsland and the Mornington Peninsula corridor. Davidson doesn't build in Melbourne's north or west.

  • Land: you'll need to own your land, because Davidson doesn't offer house and land packages.
