1. FUNCTION OF THE IBUILDNEW WEBSITE
iBuildNew is an information comparison website which publishes property information from publicly available sources.

An iBuildNew company, First Chance House & Land Pty Ltd is a real estate sales agent in the State of Victoria and is the sales agent for selected properties in the State of Victoria on the website. In all other jurisdictions, iBuildNew is not a real estate agent or a real estate agency or a real estate agent’s representative.

Although iBuildNew may from time to time be paid to publish information, you should not assume that the publication of information means that iBuildNew is sponsored by any third party including any property developer or vendor to publish the information.

2. USING THE SITE
Your access to and use of the iBuildNew website is for your personal use only. No commercial use of the website or the content on the website is permitted without iBuildNew’s express written agreement.

3. IBUILDNEW ACCOUNT
In order to access some of iBuildNew’s products and services, you need to register with iBuildNew by providing iBuildNew with certain information about you which iBuildNew will use to create your account.

(g) iBuildNew suspect you have used the website and its services for a fraudulent or illegal purpose.
