DEMOLITION
Demolition costs vary according to the size of your old house, street access, the foundations of your old home, any asbestos removal or established trees to navigate. As a rough guide you should be looking between 15-30k for demolition and site level.

TREE REMOVAL
Tree Removal may be required for a new home if your new plan isn't the same footprint or trees have grown at the front of your property. Council permits may be required also.
ADDITIONAL BUILD COSTS
If you're building a new home within a flood or bushfire zone there may be additional build costs for the construction of your new build to consider.
