Bellevarde Constructions with its Headland Home has taken out the HIA–CSR Australian Home of the Year.
The beautifully designed home features a sharp angular facade clad twice in stone and zinc, and cantilevered to create a gravity-defying illusion.

The home has also won HIA Australian Custom Built Home, partnered by Stramit Building Products. Featuring a ‘storm-viewing room’ which incorporates 500kg of glass it is able to make the most of the magical views over the Pacific Ocean.

Beautifully designed bathroom with a frameless shower with an outlook to die for.
