Alder Group completes Airlie Summit construction as new Whitsundays land lots are released

Alder Group has completed construction at its Airlie Summit land estate above Airlie Beach, with roads, infrastructure and civil works now delivered across the elevated Whitsundays community.

The August 2026 milestone means the estate is now open and its homesites can be inspected on the ground, giving prospective purchasers the opportunity to assess individual lots, their elevation and outlook across the Coral Sea, Whitsunday Islands and surrounding landscape.
