Oakview Heights brings 700 sqm homesites to growing Beaudesert market

Larger residential blocks are becoming harder to find across South East Queensland's major growth corridors, but SKF Development is taking a different approach with its new Beaudesert community, Oakview Heights.

The Scenic Rim project comprises just 48 homesites, averaging around 700 sqm, with the neighbourhood planned around a cul-de-sac and offering both vacant land and turnkey house and land packages.
