Orchard Property Group has officially launched the first stage of Alto Park Ridge, a new residential community located within a key growth corridor in Queensland. The launch comes at a critical time, as the region continues to face acute housing supply pressures, highlighting the urgent need for well-designed and accessible residential estates. The $25 million Alto will deliver 56 residential lots, with Stage One consisting of 44 lots ranging from 350 sqm to 485 sqm, with prices ranging from $500,000 to $625,000. “We are excited to launch this project and help deliver more housing options to the City of Logan and an effort to assist with alleviating the pressure on the Queensland housing market,” said Orchard Property Group’s CEO, Ted Cronin. “This milestone is more than just a launch, it represents an opportunity for first-home buyers to get a foothold in a market that continues to get more expensive.” Mr Cronin also noted the strategic significance of Alto Park Ridge within the rapidly growing Park Ridge area, highlighting its role in meeting the region’s growing demand for quality housing. Situated on a 4.138-hectare site at 52 Lindenthal Road, Park Ridge, Alto has been thoughtfully designed to support first home buyers and young families, aiming to secure their place in the market. Alto will feature a boutique playground that will also foster a family-friendly environment and a sense of community connection. “Alto has been purposefully designed with family needs in mind, which is why these amenities encourage shared experiences and support a convenient, connected lifestyle,” said Mr Cronin. Alto is strategically located within easy reach of the newly built Woolworths, New Corymbia State School, and key employment hubs, further enhancing its appeal to families. “At Orchard, we’ve always focused on creating communities that offer real value for families and first home buyers,” said Mr Cronin. “Alto is about more than new housing; it’s about building a neighbourhood where people feel they belong. “With affordability under pressure, it’s rewarding to bring a project to life that helps more people take that first step into home ownership while setting up a strong foundation for the future.” Alto adds to Orchard Property Group’s growing portfolio of successful residential estates, following the recent launch of Fairwind Stage One, reinforcing the group’s reputation for delivering high-quality communities and accessible pathways to home ownership. Construction is scheduled to commence in late July, with project completion anticipated for late 2026.
