2. Property Inspection Report
Eight Homes will assess your block's buildability and identify any site-specific challenges. This step ensures your desired home can be constructed on your block.
3. Walkthrough of Display Homes
To help you finalise your wish list, you’ll have the chance to walk through display homes. You’ll explore various designs, including façade options, to help shape your vision.
4. Finance
A finance consultation is an essential step, with Eight Homes’ finance partner helping you determine your borrowing capacity. This ensures that you can proceed with confidence, knowing what you can afford.
5. Home Proposal
Your Sales Consultant will work with you to refine your selections and review any site constraints or compliance requirements. You'll receive a detailed home proposal at this stage.
6. Sales Sign-Off
Once you’ve agreed on the home design and features, your Sales Consultant will provide a preliminary quote and you’ll sign off on the marked-up plans for your block.
