Sherridon Homes Launches Essence Collection, Making Homeownership More Affordable Than Ever
Sherridon Homes, one of Victoria’s largest homebuilders, has unveiled its most affordable home range to date — the Essence Collection — designed to support first home buyers in entering the property market. With prices starting from just $169,700 in metropolitan estates (including the $10,000 First Home Owner Grant), the range makes home ownership more accessible than ever.
Pas Garofalo, Director of AHB Group, the parent company of Sherridon Homes, said that when housing affordability is one of Australia’s biggest challenges, the Essence Collection offers a genuinely attainable solution.
“We’re delivering real homes with thoughtful design and flexible upgrade options, without the bloated price tags or unnecessary extras.
“Buyers will only have to pay for what they actually want and need. According to CoreLogic, the median house price in Melbourne remains above $900,000 – making Sherridon’s entry-level $169,700 offering one of the most accessible pathways to homeownership in the state.
With available land lots across Melbourne from $270,000, first-home buyers could build a home for less than $440,000 within metro Melbourne.
