Singh Homes is encouraging more Victorian homeowners to replace ageing homes rather than leave established neighbourhoods, launching a limited-time offer that includes a complimentary premium façade upgrade for eligible knockdown rebuild projects.
Available until 31 August, the promotion gives eligible buyers a complimentary premium façade on selected Plato Series and Serenity Collection knockdown rebuild homes. Buyers can upgrade to the striking Kensington façade on double-storey homes or the contemporary Apollo façade on single-storey homes, enhancing their home's street appeal at no additional cost.
The campaign comes as more Melbourne homeowners embrace knockdown rebuild as an alternative to moving, choosing to create a home that better suits the way they live while remaining in the established neighbourhoods they know and love.
