Spring savings arrive at Meridian Clyde North as masterplanned community enters final stages

Meridian Clyde North is approaching the final stage of its masterplan, with more than 2,000 households now established and limited land opportunities remaining.

The 125-hectare Brown Property Group development has progressively grown around more than 12 hectares of parks and open space, complemented by walking and cycling connections, wetlands and local amenity. Once complete, Meridian is expected to be home to more than 3,000 households.

Over the years, Meridian has evolved through a number of distinct precincts, including Meridian Central and Meridian Green. Today, some of the community’s newest residential stages are taking shape within Meridian Green, where many residents are already calling the neighbourhood home.

This spring, homebuyers have the opportunity to secure one of the remaining lots within Meridian Green, with savings of up to $35,000* available on selected lots ranging from 512sqm to 710sqm. Both gas-connected and all-electric options are available*.

As Meridian Green continues to grow, one of the precinct’s most anticipated additions is also coming to life, with its 1.81-hectare linear park taking shape.

Due to open by the end of 2026, the park will feature a half basketball court and multi-sport zone, sheltered barbecue and picnic areas, outdoor exercise equipment, and walking connections.

A standout feature will be Victoria’s first Sutu interactive ball wall, bringing interactive games and challenges to the park through a combination of sport and technology.

As Meridian moves toward its final stage, new residents are joining an established community with much of the amenity that supports everyday life already in place.

Meridian Village and Summit Business Park provide retail and employment amenity within the broader community, while St Germain Central and Casey Central are also nearby. The estate is well connected to the Princes Highway and Monash Freeway, with the established centres of Berwick, Cranbourne and Narre Warren surrounding Clyde North.

Families also have access to more than 14 schools nearby, including Clyde Grammar and Hillcrest Christian College, with a future government primary school planned within Meridian Green.

With limited land opportunities remaining, Meridian’s Spring Promotion presents a great opportunity to secure your place in this established Clyde North community, with savings of up to $35,000* available on selected lots.
