Final stage coming soon at Peet's Burns Beach Estate in Perth's northern corridor

After nearly two decades of shaping one of Perth's most established coastal communities, Peet is preparing to release the final stage of Burns Beach Estate.
Stage Pearl Release 4 will mark the concluding land release within the 147-hectare beachfront masterplanned community, giving buyers one final opportunity to secure land in an estate that has become one of Perth's benchmark coastal addresses.
Stage Pearl sits at the northern edge of the estate, bordered by Varadero Park and the estate's future park, with an estimated completion date of late 2026. Once this stage is released and built out, Burns Beach Estate's residential land offering will be complete, closing out a masterplan that has been in development since 2006.
About Burns Beach Estate
Burns Beach Estate has grown into a community of around 1,650 homes, with approximately 1,750 homes planned on completion. Along the way, it has earned recognition including the 2021 UDIA WA Award for Best Residential Development.
From its inception, Peet's vision for Burns Beach centred on creating a seaside community that embraced rather than competed with its natural setting.
The developer preserved much of the existing landscape while carefully integrating homes, landscaped streets, parks, boardwalks and open spaces throughout the estate, creating a neighbourhood that feels connected to the coastline.
That approach has helped establish Burns Beach as more than just another land estate. Residents enjoy direct access to Burns Beach via coastal pathways, while Beachside Park provides barbecues, viewing decks, playgrounds and expansive ocean views overlooking the Indian Ocean. The estate also connects to the popular Sunset Coastal Path, offering around 14 kilometres of walking and cycling trails stretching along Perth's northern coastline.
Everyday convenience has grown alongside the community.
Burns Beach Primary School, which opened within the estate in 2022, is complemented by nearby schools including Kinross College and Kinross Primary School, while Edith Cowan University's Joondalup campus sits around 10 minutes away.
Retail and dining options are equally accessible, with Ocean Keys Shopping Centre, Currambine Central and Lakeside Joondalup all within a short drive. Residents can also enjoy nearby waterfront destinations including Mindarie Marina, while Monelli restaurant has become a popular local dining destination within Beachside Park itself. The future Ocean Reef Marina, currently under construction, is expected to further enhance the area's lifestyle offering.
Connectivity has also been a key part of the estate's appeal, with Burns Beach located less than 30 minutes from Perth CBD, approximately three minutes from the Mitchell Freeway and close to Currambine Train Station, making commuting straightforward while retaining a distinctly coastal lifestyle.
