Allam is covering stamp duty on eligible new homes and land at Sophia Waters in Chisholm, offering savings of up to $55,000^ as the developer continues to release new opportunities within the Hunter Valley community.

The offer applies to new Allam homes or land secured at Sophia Waters, where both build-ready land and completed turnkey homes form part of a community ultimately planned to comprise more than 900 properties.

The current land release includes lots of up to 800 sqm.

About Sophia Waters

Located between Maitland and Raymond Terrace, Sophia Waters is being developed in Chisholm, one of the growing residential areas within the wider Hunter region.

Land at the estate is currently priced from $499,000, with homes from $1.049 million. Available land lots range from around 400 sqm to 800 sqm, providing scope for a variety of new home configurations.
