Pinny Beach prepares first land release between coast and canopy

A new coastal land estate is preparing to enter the market at Pinny Beach, with developer Scape Properties positioning the community around two distinct neighbourhood settings between the coastline and surrounding tree canopy.

The first stage, known as the Sandstone Release, will comprise generous residential land lots, with expressions of interest currently being taken ahead of the release.

The broader Pinny Beach community has been planned around the contrasting natural environments of the site, with one neighbourhood drawing closer to the coast and the other oriented toward the more sheltered, tree-lined setting.

Rather than treating those landscapes as separate elements, the masterplan is intended to connect the two through a network of calm streets and trails, providing links between the residential neighbourhoods, the lake, the coastline and a future village.

The approach gives the estate a different proposition to a conventional residential subdivision, with the surrounding landscape helping define the character of individual parts of the community.
