At Abode, the commute, the school run and the weekend escape all start from the same easy address.

Ausbuild's newest community has arrived in Burpengary.

Abode is a limited release of just 30 homesites on Coutts Drive, set within Brisbane's northern growth corridor, and it has been planned around one simple idea: making everyday life easier to manage.

Everything within easy reach

That begins with getting around. The Bruce Highway and Burpengary Train Station are both minutes from home, so travelling north or south is straightforward. Brisbane's CBD is around 45 minutes away, keeping the city within comfortable reach for work, while the trip home ends somewhere with the space and calm of a suburban street.

Closer to home, the essentials are already in place. Burpengary Plaza handles the weekly shop, and Westfield North Lakes and the Morayfield retail precinct are a short drive away for bigger outings.

The school run is just as simple, with Burpengary State School, Burpengary State Secondary College and St Eugene College among the options nearby, alongside established childcare and early learning centres.

When the weekend calls for a change of scenery, the coast is never far away. The Redcliffe Peninsula is around 30 minutes from Abode, with Scarborough Beach and the Redcliffe Jetty ready for a slow morning by the bay, while the beaches of the Sunshine Coast are less than an hour north.

Homes at Abode

Within the community, land lots range from 287 sqm to 564 sqm. Each is paired with an Ausbuild home design as a fixed-price house and land package, with current designs spanning three and four-bedroom homes across single and double storeys.

Inclusions vary by design, but current packages commonly feature designer tiles, carpet, window coverings, porcelain kitchen benchtops, air conditioning to the open-plan living area, timber fencing, and a driveway and path. Ausbuild's interior designers can also help personalise the colour scheme, finishes and fittings of each home.

Every package is backed by Ausbuild's Price Lock Guarantee, which commits to 0% price increases on the cost of the build. Through Ausbuild's partnership with Funding Firm, finance can also be arranged alongside the house and land, keeping the whole process in one place.

Established in 1988, Ausbuild has built more than 10,000 homes and delivered over 99 residential communities across South East Queensland. Abode is the latest of them, a 30-lot community in one of Moreton Bay's growing suburbs.
