Sitting roughly in the middle of Brisbane’s CBD and the white sandy beaches of Surfers Paradise in Queensland’s Goldcoast, Pimpama is touted as a new ‘growth corridor’ for budding investors. The suburb is considered as QLD’s fastest growing region outside a capital city, with population rates rising a solid 20% in 2014-15. The town is made up of old farming land which still retains large tracts of open spaces which characterise the suburb's unique lifestyle. The Neighbours Pimpama is expected to remain a popular residential address for families as the population continues to grow. In 2016, Pimpama was home to almost 10,000 residents with a very young median age of 27. Retail Therapy Coomera Square, located in the Coomera City Centre, is one of the area's primary retail destinations. It contains multiple speciality retailers, food and beverage stores, and supermarkets. Pimapana City Shopping Center, which first opened its doors to the public in September of 2018, making it a modern and infused shopping haven. Located on Jacobs Well Road, the district is host to major retailers as well as speciality stores, including numerous banks, a food court and a dentist. Australia's largest outlet shopping centre, Harbour Town, is just twenty minutes away from Pimpama. The centre contains 230 outlet stores.What’s Going On?
