Yourland brings quarter-acre-style lots to market at Officer Fields

Yourland has introduced the first Jacksbank release at Officer Fields, bringing four lots of over 1,000m² to the market as part of the expanded Officer community.
Jacksbank is one of four precincts within the expanded Officer Fields masterplan and is distinguished by its larger lots and elevated position along the southern side of Pratincole Boulevard. The first release comprises lots ranging from 1,005m² to 1,055m², dimensions rarely incorporated at this scale in new masterplanned communities, providing buyers with the opportunity to secure a larger block within Melbourne’s growing south-east corridor.
The precinct has been planned around the semi-rural character of the site, with its hillside setting providing outlooks towards the surrounding hills. Yourland describes the broader Jacksbank precinct as a contemporary interpretation of the traditional quarter-acre block, with the larger allotments allowing greater flexibility in home design and outdoor space, whether buyers are seeking a larger home, more outdoor living space or greater flexibility for the future.
Jacksbank Release A positions all four lots along Pratincole Boulevard, with the Officer Fields waterway network forming part of the surrounding masterplan.
Officer Fields expands to more than three times its original size
The release forms part of a significant expansion of Officer Fields since Yourland broke ground on the community in 2021. Additional land acquired to the east and south has increased the neighbourhood to more than three times its original size, broadening the range of housing and land types across the community.
Four precincts make up the expanded area: Jacksbank, Martha's Meadow, Greenbanks and Robert's Run. Each occupies a different part of the masterplan and responds to its immediate setting, ranging from the larger hillside lots at Jacksbank to lots overlooking Pakenham Bushland Reserve in Greenbanks.
Waterways and open space shape Officer Fields
Open space is a central element of the wider Officer Fields masterplan. Upper Gum Scrub Creek runs along the western side of the community, with landscaped waterways and trails planned through the reserve. The masterplan also includes a central community park, pedestrian connections and a footbridge linking areas across the creek corridor.
The waterway landscape has been designed to incorporate habitat for local species including the Growling Grass Frog and Southern Brown Bandicoot, alongside native planting and pollination corridors. Existing trees are being retained where possible, with additional canopy planting planned throughout the neighbourhood.
Officer amenity within reach
Jacksbank gives buyers the opportunity to enjoy more space while remaining connected to the lifestyle and amenities that matter most. Officer Fields is around 3.5kilometres from Officer Train Station and Arena Shopping Centre, 7 kilometres from Pakenham and 14.5 kilometres from Westfield Fountain Gate. The masterplan also identifies childcare, a swimming school and community park within the neighbourhood.
The overall Officer Fields community is planned for approximately 700 lots, comprising residential land and house offerings, with estimated completion in late 2028.
