Jindalee is a scenic outer coast suburb of Western Australia. It is located approximately 40km north of Perth’s CBD. The area’s suburban surrounds include Eglinton Rocks to its north, Butler to the east and Quinns Rocks to the south. To its west is the coast of the Indian Ocean.

Baldivis

Baldivis is a semi-rural residential suburb which lies 46km south of Perth’s CBD, and 11km south-east of regional centre of Rockingham. It is located within the City of Rockingham local government area. As of mid-2016, there were 10,654 residential properties situated in Baldivis and approximately 34,000 residents.

There is lots for residents to enjoy within the region. The area is well invested in active lifestyle, having developed a recreation centre and sporting grounds. There are many associations, clubs, communities, dance and fitness groups to join. Additionally, locals can enjoy the suburb’s bike park and children’s forest.

There are 10 schools in Baldivis, with plans to develop further educational facilities in the near future. Baldivis Town Centre serves as the regions main shopping facility. Having expanded in 2015, it now includes a food court/restaurant precinct, increased carpark numbers, and various new popular stores. While the suburb’s nearest railway station is Warnbro situation 5km away.

Once a ‘sleepy forest suburb’, Baldivis is quickly becoming a hotspot for developers. With 34,000 residents occupying the region, it is projected that this area will catch up and eclipse that of the population of the City of Bunbury.

Dunsborough

A popular tourist destination, Dunsborough is a coastal town in the South-West of Western Australia.

In 1999 the region was voted the state’s best tourist destination, and in 2013 was given the honour of top tourism destination for a region with a population under 5,000.

The town is located toward the Margaret River Wine Region, providing residents with convenient access to wineries and breweries. The area also serves a popular destination for school leavers in WA, making it a strong consideration for property investors.

There is such a broad range of things to do, making this destination one of the hardest places to pass up. With an outdoors lifestyle on its mind, developed on the foundation of family holiday fun, Dunsborough has quickly grown into the most fun and luxurious places for escaping the loud and chaotic city life.
