With so many great free apps and websites available, your mood board can be either digital or traditional. Find what works best for you. If you prefer the convenience of snapping and storing with your phone however, Morpholio Board and Mural are great alternatives, which allow you to access and add to your board as inspiration strikes. The traditional soundboard or corkboard approach is our personal favourite and allows you to easily pin and remove your interior design ideas as necessary.

The great thing about a mood board is the way it’s easy to mix and match ideas and designs and assess what’s working and what’s not. Is your mood board a little dull and lacking in colour?
