It is now recognised as one of the suburbs in Western Australia that has been completely revamped from a formerly rural area to a growing property development centre.The Neighbours Previously a part of the Landsdale suburb, Madeley has become its own place and a part of the City of Wanneroo. The Australian Bureau of Statistics has calculated the population to be around 6,084 people, with the median age being 36 years old. For the 0 to 14 age group, they make up 22% of the population. Meanwhile. the 65 years and older age group accounted for 15% of the total population. The amount of families totals to about 1 673 and private dwellings reaching 2,274 properties.
