The suburb of Fraser Rise is a growing community that is situated around 35km north-west of Melbourne’s Central Business District. Commuters who catch the train have the option to choose between the Watergardens, Keilor Plains or Caroline Springs Station with all being a 10 to 15-minute drive from the town centre along with available bus services. The journey time towards Melbourne’s city centre takes around 45 minutes following the Sunbury line or utilising Public Transport Victoria’s V-Line trains from the Caroline Springs Station. Fraser Rise is linked to the C754 and M79 highway, taking drivers roughly 50 minutes to reach the CBD.

The Watervale Shopping Centre, Caroline Springs Square Shopping Centre and Cairnlea Town Centre bring fashion retailers, cafes, supermarkets and fast food options for locals to enjoy. Within the suburb, there are a bunch of repair shops, bakeries, a pharmacy, clothing stores and supermarkets to easily grab the daily necessities.
